What yearns to be moved through you? What makes your heart sing? What is gnawing at you? What vision is simmering inside of you? What are you ready to shed & let go of? What are you ready to call into the interstitial space? Welcome to the Rage Room, where you are free to come exactly as you are, where we will work 1:1. These questions become the initial framework for orchestrating a container and facilitated experience that is unique to YOU, your constituency, needs, desires, and goals. With your questions and heart's desires at the center of our conversations, I will support you with creating a space where you will be held, heard, and seen; where you can metabolize, express, create rituals for releasing grief and stagnation; reconnect, reconcile, reclaim your relationship to Spirit, healing, your inner child. If you are seeking specific choreographic and performance-based support, I will support you with expanding your choreographic tool box, developing your new body of work (from beginning to end or mid-phase), and I will offer critical and heart-centered feedback that will support you with expanding the scope of your work. I can also support you with time management, developing Big Picture skills, ongoing project development, and/or another topic of your choice not included here. We will move, discuss, and use your desires to design a blueprint that will activate with your intention, presence, energy, my facilitation, and the power of the moon. The journey will be designed based on your specific energetics, questions, our initial consultation, your intake form as well as using guidance and intuition informed by Spirit. We will work with the New Moon Cycles to ensure your goals get that extra celestial boost. The Moon will also serve as your mirror and collaborator. The Rage Room will ask you to commit to weekly rituals + prompts that are specifically designed for you and your growth. I will be drawing from my Death Doula, Choreography, Bio-Dynamic Craniosacral Therapy, and Qi Energetic training along with my Tarot practices, Entrepreneurial knowledge, and other forms. The ideal timeframe for a Rage Room is (3)-months minimum AND can be expanded or shortened based on your needs, goals, and timelines.
